Retreat Volunteer

Intercessors:

Throughout the retreat intercessors are praying for the course participants and ministry team members.
 
The criteria for ministering in this area is:

Have attended at least one Retreat
Attend the training session on the afternoon before the Retreat begins 

Have endorsement from their Pastor

Have a genuine love and concern for helping others and an active prayer life

Anointers:

During the Retreat we have a number of people praying with the Course participants; these people are called anointers. After a subject at the Retreat is taught, course participants are invited to the front for ministry.  The anointers lead them through prayers of repentance, renouncing and breaking   as well as anointing them with oil. The anointer offers prayers of healing and deliverance and joy literally explodes as people, long held captive, are restored, set free and healed by the Holy Spirit.


The criteria for ministering in this area is:

Have a genuine love and concern for helping others and an active prayer life

Have endorsement from their Pastor

Have attended at least one Retreat

Have ministered as an intercessor at a previous retreat

Have previous experience praying and ministering to people one on one
